    AlovMap est un applet Java libre qui permet d'intégrer des données géographiques dans des pages web. Il est crée par www.alov.org. Les cartes sont décrites par des fichiers xml. Elles peuvent intégrer des données au format shape. Le format mif est également lu, mais pas son fichier mid associé, qui doit être converti au format dbf. Plusieurs analyses thématiques peuvent être définies pour un même jeu de données et affichées sans recharger de données par le web.
